PLANTAIN MAQUEÑO
Special for its flavor, color, size and consistency, the plantain has lot of variety and its planted in limited quantities in Ecuador, due to the important care that its cultivation requires; the favorable environment for its development is the humid and medium height tropics.
CASSAVA
Castilian type, known by various names in different areas of the country. It is characterized by being non-fibrous, with a pink skin and white flesh. Its size is medium or large.
